Chris and Eleesha’s journey began in 2015 with the launch of their first business, Love Your Soul, in Parkdale. However, like many, they faced a major setback during the 2020 COVID lockdowns, forcing their studio to close indefinitely. Instead of letting this defeat them, Chris and Eleesha saw it as an opportunity to rethink and reinvent.

After months of strategising during lockdowns, Soul Athletic was born.

On the very first weekend that restrictions were lifted, their Black Rock studio opened its doors, quickly followed by studios in Beaumaris and Sandringham. Fast forward to September 2024, and Soul Athletic is proud to open its fifth location in the picturesque village of Middle Park.

Driven by their passion for movement and community, Chris and Eleesha have built beautiful, welcoming spaces where everyone—no matter their age, gender, fitness level, or experience—can feel comfortable walking through the doors and prioritising their health. As a local Bayside family with two young children, they know firsthand how busy life can be, but they also know the power of making time for yourself and your wellbeing.
