Here at The Pilates Fix we offer the best of all mindful movement practices. Housing state of the art equipment and talented instructor specialists in their field we teach dynamic Pilates classes in both Matwork and Reformer settings. We also offer high-intensity plyometric classes utilising the Reformer Jumpboard; fun, low impact and high gain Barre classes as well as holistic, mindful-movement classes where relaxation is the focus in our Meditation and Yoga sessions. We are a sunlit studio, drenched in natural light with ocean views in the heart of Tauranga’s CBD.
